The Spotsylvania Planning Commission will meet on July 1st at 7:00 p.m. in the Holbert Building.
There are two public hearings scheduled:
Rezoning - Harrison Road Partners, LLC (Hazel Run Convenience, LLC) Courtland District The applicant requests a rezoning of 3.41 acres from Commercial 2 to Commercial 3 for a convenience store and fuel dispensing service. The property is located at the intersection of Salem Church Road and Harrison Road on the Northeast quadrant. Staff recommends approval with proffers dated March 6, 2020.
