The Spotsylvania Planning Commission will meet on June 17th at 7:00 p.m. in the Holbert Building.
There is one public hearing scheduled:
Rezoning - David Hunter/ Point Seanna (Livingston District) - Applicant request a rezoning of approximately 44 acres from Residential Resort District and Resort Commercial District to Planned Development Housing District 2 with proffers to allow for a maximum of 85 single family attached units known as Point Seanna. The property is located at 4900 and 4920 Corsair Terrace (private road). Staff recommends denial of the rezoning request.

In the Planning Department conference room in the Merchant Square Building from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm, the Planning Commission will review the following Rezoning applications. This work session is open to the public.
