The Spotsylvania Planning Commission will meet on January 16th at 7:00 p.m. in the Marshall Center Auditorium.
At the January 8th Board of Supervisors Meeting, the Planning Department Director told the Supervisors that the expectation is that the Planning Commission will make their recommendation for the 3 sPower SUP’s at this meeting.
The Planning Department staff, after reviewing the recently submitted sPower plans, is recommending approval of all three SUPs with conditions and that they are substantially in accord with the County’s Comprehensive Plan.
While the Planning Commission public hearings have been closed for public comment, the public will have another opportunity to address any changes or new plans by sPower when this application is presented to the Board of Supervisors.
