The Spotsylvania Planning Commission will meet on June 20th at 7:00 p.m. in the Holbert Building.
There are several items on the agenda, to include two public hearings. One is a special unit permit for Columbia Gas of Virginia to install a Pipeline Inspection Gauge Insertion facility on a residential lot within the Mineral Springs Plantation sub-division in the Chancellor District and a rezoning application for 19 single family detached lots in the Chancellor District. This proposed development will be accessed from Old Plank road.
There will also be a Comprehensive Plan update.
