The Spotsylvania Planning Commission will meet on June 6th at 7:00 p.m. in the Holbert Building.
There are several items on the agenda, to include the review of a preliminary plat for Section Five of the Village at Courthouse Commons project, rezoning request to develop a maximum of 45 age-restricted single family attached units located at 5715 Ross Drive, and a Special Use Permit request to expand the existing Catholic Diocese of Arlington (Saint Patrick Catholic Church and School) located on Elys Ford Road.
