The Spotsylvania Board of Supervisors will meet on September 12th at 4:30 p.m. in the Holbert Building.
There will be a discussion on proposed revision to the Board of Supervisors bylaws to add a moratorium on certain actions by the Board of Supervisors in November or December of any year in which members of the Board are elected in a general election.
