Developer, Humanities Foundation started construction on a 16 million dollar senior apartment community in the Spotsylvania Courthouse area.
Plans include 100 units for seniors 55 or older and is part of the Jarrell Properties Keswick Development that is planned to include 700 townhomes, apartments, and single family houses.
