This past Sunday, Sarah and I participated in the 7th Annual Moss Free Clinic 5k Run/Walk. For over twenty years, The Moss Free Clinic has provided free medical services to Fredericksburg area residents. The event was well attended with roughly 400 participants and was supported by several local vendors and organizations including our own Lee Hill District Business, Adventure Brewing Co. While it is difficult to get to all of the worthy charity events in the community, I will continue to branch out and highlight the great work volunteers in the community are conducting in the hopes of encouraging individuals to become more involved and raise awareness for various local causes.
