Rezoning: Springhaven Holding, LLC - Courtland District: The rezoning will allow for the development of 30 single family attached dwellings in clusters of 2, with a density of 4.6 dwelling units per acre. The by-right development potential of the subject site is 4 single family detached dwellings. The property is on the south side of Five Mile Road and addressed as 12300 Five Mile Road (Route 675) and is approximately 730 feet north of the intersection with Plank Road (Route 3). Staff recommends approval. The Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend approval.
