The Spotsylvania Board of Supervisors will meet on October 13th at 4:30 p.m. at the Holbert Building.
There are 4 public hearings scheduled:
Rezoning: Benchmark Road Investments, LLC Afton Villas (Battlefield District) The applicant requests rezoning of approximately 19 acres to develop not more than 77 age-restricted single-family attached dwellings and two (2) single family attached dwellings, with a maximum density of approximately 5 dwelling units per acre. The parcels are addressed as 4105, 4107, 4109, 4113, 4121 and 4125 Mine Road (RT. 636) and are approximately 736 feet west of the intersection with Lansdowne Road (RT. 638). Staff recommends approval. The Planning Commission voted 6-1 to recommend approval.
