At the Lee Hill Community Center, a community meeting will take place regarding a proposed rezoning request for Brooks Villas, a project consisting of a maximum of 28 age-restricted townhomes. The site is located on the north side of the Tidewater Trail (Route 2) and Gerber Drive intersection.
