On May 9th, the State Corporation Commission (SCC) will hold two public hearings to seek local comments on the Solar Facility proposed for western Spotsylvania at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. These publich hearings will be held at the Holbert Building.
If SCC approval is granted, the Spotsylvania Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors will still hold public hearings on this project.
