The Spotsylvania Planning Commission will meet on October 20th at 5:00 p.m. on the third floor of the Merchant Square Building for a work session that is open to the public.

Preliminary Plat: Saddle Creek (Salem District) The preliminary plat was reviewed by the Technical Review Committee and meets the Ordinance requirements for approval. Staff recommends approval. Saddle Creek was approved on July 27, 2021 enabling the development of 101 single family detached dwelling units. The properties are located on the south side of Piedmont Drive approximately 0.4 miles from its intersection with Harrison Road.
Special Use Permit: Jeffrey Hayden/Trey Wills (Four Seasons RV Campground Resort) (Livingston District) The applicants request a SUP for a Camp or Recreation Ground with 300 recreational vehicle sites and related amenities adjacent to Lake Anna, on an approximately 135.08-acre site comprised of two parcels zoned Resort Agricultural (RA) District. The properties are located on the south side of Days Bridge Road approximately a quarter mile east of the Spotsylvania and Orange County boundary line.
