The Spotsylvania Planning Commission will meet on April 21th at 7:00 p.m. in the Holbert Building.
There are three public hearings scheduled:
Rezoning: Sunshine Lodging LLC (VRE Harrison Road, LLC) - Courtland District: Applicant requests a rezoning of approximately 2.32 acres from Commercial 2 (C-2) to Commercial 3 (C-3) with proffers for the development of a convenience store and fuel dispensing service. The properties are located at the southwest quadrant of the Harrison Road (Route 620) and Leavells Road (Route 639) intersection, and addressed as 5900 Harrison Road.
Rezoning: Robert W. Pierce (Creighton Companies, LLC) - Battlefield District: Applicant requests a rezoning of approximately 1.82 acres from Commercial 2 (C-2) to Commercial 3 (C-3) with proffers for the development of a convenience store and fuel dispensing service. The properties are located at the southeast quadrant of the Courthouse Road (Route 208) and Hood Drive (Route 636) intersection, and addressed as 10803 Courthouse Road and 10805 Courthouse Road.
Rezoning: Spotsylvania County Board of Supervisors - Establish Zoning Designations on Unzoned Property Along the Newly Established Boundary with Orange County (Chancellor and Livingston Districts)
