Rezoning: Linda C. Curtis & Leigh Ann Curtis-Chapman (Rappahannock Development Group, LLC) Salem District: Request is to develop “Saddle Creek” project with 101 single family detached homes in vicinity of 6020 Harrison Road and 11501 Piedmont Drive.

The Spotsylvania Planning Commission will meet on February 17th at 7:00 p.m. in the Holbert Building.
There are three public hearing scheduled:
Rezoning: KW Commercial, LLC (Bonaventure Investments, LLC) - Lee Hill District: The applicant proposes to build 50 age-restricted units and a 4-story building with 147 multi family units. Overall the project totals 197 units and is located at the intersection of Spotsylvania Avenue and Market Street. Staff is recommending approval.
Rezoning: Patricia P. Preston (CeresHarrisonLand LLC) - Courtland District: The applicant proposes to build 110 single family detached units on 58 acres at 5430 Harrison Road in the vicinity of Twin Springs Drive. Staff is recommending approval.
