The Spotsylvania Planning Commission will meet on December 2th at 7:00 p.m. in the Holbert Building.

Rezoning: Spotsylvania Mall Company (Bonaventure Investments, LLC: (Courtland District) The applicant requests to rezone 4.8 acres to allow two multi-family residential buildings containing no more than 271 units and 1 commercial suite on the first floor of one of the buildings. The property is located at 100 Spotsylvania Mall Drive, adjacent to the site of the former Sears store. Staff recommends approval with proffers dated October 1, 2020.
