The Spotsylvania Planning Commission will meet on November 4th at 7:00 p.m. in the Holbert Building.
Preliminary Plat Review and Approval: The Foxcroft project (Lee Hill District) was approved by the Board of Supervisors on July 28, 2020 enabling the development of a 68 units off Holland Meadows Court and approximately 95 feet west of Lee Hill Park Road.

Rezoning: Monument Development Fifteen, LLC (Acorn Capital Company, L.C.) Upper Spotsy Redevelopment (Lee Hill District) The applicant requests rezoning of approximately 14 acres for a mixed use development currently consists of not more than 525 multi-family units, along with a minimum of 14,000 square feet of commercial use. The parcels are addressed as 11900, 11812, 11744, 11800 Main Street, 11711 Russo Drive, 11723 Russo Drive. Staff recommends approval.
