Special Use Permit - Age Wise Virginia (Sandra G. Baxter, Trustee, Sandra G. Baxter Revocable Trust) Courtland District - The applicant requests a special use permit to allow an assisted living facility on 5.40 acres located at 6425 Harrison Road, approximately 302 feet east of Cherry Road (Route 706). Staff recommends approval of SUP19-0003 with conditions.
Special Use Permit - RTRC Real Estate Holdings, LLC (Ultimate Subaru, Inc.) Battlefield District - The applicant requests a special use permit to allow vehicle sale (small scale) on approximately 0.5479 acres located at 108 Falcon Drive, approximately 453 feet east of Lafayette Boulevard (Business Route 1). Staff recommends approval of SUP19-0004 with conditions.
