The Spotsylvania Planning Commission will meet on June 19th at 7:00 p.m. in the Holbert Building.
There are two public hearing scheduled:
Rezoning: Cutler Rezoning (Livingston District) - Request to rezone approximately 30.81 acres from Agricultural 3 (A-3) to Planned Rural Residential 2 (PRR-2) with proffers to allow for a 3 lot subdivision. The property contains a home and equestrian center, which would be one lot. The other two lots are proposed for the applicant's children. The property is located at 7841 Panier Road on the south side of Post Oak Road. Staff recommends approval with proffers dated May 14, 2019.
Rezoning: Albrite Property (Berkeley District) Request a rezoning of two properties constituting approximately 6 acres from Commercial 3 (C-3) and Rural (RU) to Industrial 1 (I-1) with new proffers. The properties are located on the east side of Route 1 approximately 500 feet north of the intersection of Route 1 and Guinea Station Road and are addressed as 8305 and 8309 Route 1. Staff recommends approval with the proffer statement last revised April 8, 2019.
