Rezoning: Winding Creek (Salem District) - Request to rezone 16.21 acres to allow 23 age-restricted single family detached units, 18 age-restricted single family attached units, and 215 age-restricted multi-family units. The property located in 10300 and 10316 Courthouse road. Staff recommends approval with proffer statement.
