The Spotsylvania Planning Commission will meet on April 17th at 7:00 p.m. in the Holbert Building.
There is one public hearing scheduled:
Rezoning: Thornburg Towne Centre (Berkeley District) - Request to rezone portion of three parcels from Agriculture 2 to Commercial 3 (total acres of rezoned parcels 10.28 acres). The parcels are located approximately 1,400 feet south of Mudd Tavern Road (Route 606), and approximately 900 feet west of Interstate 95. Staff recommends approval.
