The Spotsylvania Planning Commission will meet on February 21st at 7:00 p.m. in the Holbert Building.
The main agenda item is a work session to conduct a review of the Mixed Use zoning district now that it has been in place for over 5 years.
Some recent examples of Mixed Use projects are Alexander Crossing and Jackson Village in the vicinity of Route 1 and the hospital.
