The Spotsylvania Planning Commission will meet on November 7th at 7:00 p.m. in the Holbert Building.
There is one public hearing scheduled for a Special Use Permit in the Berkeley District to allow for a contractor’s office and shop on roughly 10 acres of agriculture land to assist in locating an excavation business to the site. The property is located on the west side of Route 1 roughly 530 feet north of Arcadia Road.
There is a scheduled work session on the Comprehensive Plan’s update to the Transportation Element Bicycle and Pedestrian Accommodations.
