AM Seafood Restaurant & Bar is having a soft opening in the former Country Cookin in front of Spotsylvania Towne Centre and plans a grand opening later this summer.
Their new restaurant has a more varied menu, which includes chicken, pasta and steak in addition to seafood. It also serves Virginia craft beers, including some from local breweries; craft cocktails; and wine.
