The Spotsylvania Planning Commission will meet on August 2nd at 7:00 p.m. in the Holbert Building.
The only agenda item is the Comprehensive Plan update work session. The Comprehensive Plan serves as a guide for the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors for future county development. By state code requires that it be updated every five years. However, it can and has been updated as needed. The last full review was conducted in 2013.
For those Lee Hill residents that are concerned with the current state of county expansion and development, now is the time for your voices to be heard.
