Dylan Patel, a 21 year old at the University of Virginia will open a Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa franchise by the end of June and an Orangetheory Fitness franchise next door in mid-July.
Orangetheory offers 60 minute, coach led, group workout sessions that are split into intervals of cardio and strength training.
Hand & Stone Spa offers professional massage, facial, and hair removal services.
