Good, independent leadership cannot thrive without the support of the community. It also cannot be effective if forced to take thousands in special interest donations. That is why I’ve pledged to accept no special interest dollars. I have also “donated” NOT “loaned” my campaign $3,000, so supporters can contribute with the peace of mind that their donation will go toward campaign expenses NOT back into my personal account.
