Special Use Permit: Urfan & Uzair, LLC (Capital Auto) (Battlefield District) The applicant requests a special use to allow vehicle sale, rental, and ancillary service establishment (small scale) at 4714 Mine Road. Staff recommends denial of the request. On August 4th, the Planning Commission voted 6-0 to recommend denial.
