Rezoning: Hazel Run Glen/ Patricia P. Preston (CeresHarrisonLand LLC) - Courtland District: The applicant proposes to build 110 single family detached units on 58 acres at 5430 Harrison Road in the vicinity of Twin Springs Drive. Staff is recommending approval. On March 17th, the Planning Commission voted 5-2 to recommend approval of the project.
Rezoning: Sunshine Lodging LLC (VRE Harrison Road, LLC) - Courtland District: Applicant requests a rezoning of approximately 2.32 acres from Commercial 2 (C-2) to Commercial 3 (C-3) with proffers for the development of a convenience store and fuel dispensing service. The properties are located at the southwest quadrant of the Harrison Road (Route 620) and Leavells Road (Route 639) intersection, and addressed as 5900 Harrison Road. Staff is recommending approval. On April 21st, the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend approval of the project.
Rezoning: Spotsylvania County Board of Supervisors - Establish Zoning Designations on Unzoned Property Along the Newly Established Boundary with Orange County (Chancellor and Livingston Districts)
