Rezoning: Monument Development Fifteen, LLC (Acorn Capital Company, L.C.) Upper Spotsy Redevelopment (Lee Hill District) The applicant requests rezoning of approximately 14 acres for a mixed use development currently consists of not more than 525 multi-family units, along with a minimum of 14,000 square feet of commercial use. The parcels are addressed as 11900, 11812, 11744, 11800 Main Street, 11711 Russo Drive, 11723 Russo Drive. Staff recommends approval. On November 4, the Planning Commission voted to recommend approval 7-0.
