Grant Application Request for the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2020 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program – Local Solicitation
Special Use Permit: Spotsylvania County (Department of Public Utilities/Works) Courtland District The request is for approval to exceed the Floor area ratio (FAR) of the R-1 Zoning district by 5% (1903 square feet) with a proposed 3,800 square foot addition to Fire Station #6 for additional bunk rooms and storage. Fire and Rescue Station #6 is located at 5700 General Semmes Road. Staff recommends approval. On August 19th, the Planning Commission voted 6-0 to recommend approval.
