Rezoning - The Collection at Cosner's Corner, LLC (Lee Hill District) - Applicant requests a rezoning of 3.498 acres, a portion of an approximately 23.27-acre parcel, from Commercial 3 (C-3) to Planned Development Housing 16 (PDH-16). The property is located at 9500 Silver Collection Circle. Staffs recommends approval. On May 20th, the Planning Commission voted 6-1 (Thompson) to recommend approval of this application.
Rezoning - The Collection at Cosner's Corner, LLC (Lee Hill District) - Applicant requests an amendment to the proffers and GDP associated with R13-00012. An amendment will allow the applicant to increase the total allowable number of multifamily units from 274 units to 332 units. The additional 58 multifamily units will be developed on 1.75 acres, a portion of an approximately 23.27-acre parcel. The property is located at 9500 Silver Collection Circle. Staff recommends approval with proffers. On May 20th, the Planning Commission voted 6-1 (Thompson) to recommend approval of this application.
Special Use Permit - Age Wise Virginia (Sandra G. Baxter, Trustee, Sandra G. Baxter Revocable Trust) Courtland District - The applicant requests a special use permit to allow an assisted living facility on 5.40 acres located at 6425 Harrison Road, approximately 302 feet east of Cherry Road (Route 706). Staff recommends approval with conditions. On May 6th, the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend approval of this application.
