The Spotsylvania Board of Supervisors will meet on May 26th at 6:00 p.m. at the Holbert Building.
There are two public hearings scheduled.
Special Use Permit - RTRC Real Estate Holdings, LLC (Ultimate Subaru, Inc.) Battlefield District - The applicant requests a special use permit to allow vehicle sale (small scale) on approximately 0.5479 acres located at 108 Falcon Drive, approximately 453 feet east of Lafayette Boulevard (Business Route 1). Staff recommends approval of SUP19-0004 with conditions. Planning Commission voted 6-1 (Thompson) to recommend approval.
