Special Use Permit Application: AT&T Mobility Telecommunications Tower at Spotsylvania Avenue (Lee Hill District) - The applicant requests a special use permit for a 100’ monopole telecommunication tower with 6’ lightning rod located to the rear of the shopping center that contains Weis Markets. The Planning Commission voted 5-1 to approval the Special Use Permit with conditions. Staff recommends approval
