The Spotsylvania Board of Supervisors will meet on July 10th at 4:30 p.m. at the Holbert Building.
The agenda includes two public hearings. One is a Special Use Permit request by Columbia Gas of Virginia to allow for the installation of a Pipeline Inspection Gauge Insertion Facility on a residential lot within the Mineral Springs sub-division in the Chancellor District. The second public hearing is also a Special Use Permit to allow for the expansion of the Saint Patrick Catholic Church and School off Elys Ford Road in the Chancellor District.
The Planning Commission approved both Special Use Permits unanimously at their June 20th and June 6th meetings respectively.
