The Spotsylvania Board of Supervisors will meet on February 20th at 6:00 p.m. in the Holbert Building.
The Supervisors will discuss the Budget and the Capital Improvements Plan. It also will need to direct County staff on the advertised tax rate. The equalized rate of .8164 is used in the County Administrator's recommended budget.
If the tax rate is advertised above the equalized rate, the supervisors can always lower the rate, but they would be unable to raise it above that rate at a later date.
