The Spotsylvania Board of Supervisors will meet on November 15th at 4:30 p.m. at the Holbert Building.
There are two scheduled public hearings.
County Code Amendment on Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance and Fee Amendment. This was approved by the Planning Commission on October 17th by a 6-0 vote.
Rezoning application in Courtland district for 21 townhomes on property located on the east side of Five Mile Road Extended roughly 550 feet north of the Plank Road and Five Mile Road extended intersection. On October 3rd, the Planning Commission voted 5-1 in favor.
