Failsafe-Era has been successful advocating for returning citizens that have served their time and seek to serve a positive role in the community as well as bringing together different groups and organizations to serve those ends. From a Spotsylvania perspective, I am happy to see the participation of Spotsylvania Commonwealth’s Attorney Travis Byrd and the Spotsylvania Sheriff Department in the process. Sgt. Lawrence DiBella is leading the Sheriff Department's efforts to create a business database to assist returning citizens with greater workforce opportunities.
