The rezoning applicant is Ceresmineroad, LLC, who proposes to build Ceres Mine Road, an age-restricted community with 60 single family attached homes. The project is located on approximately 8 acres at 4517 Mine road in Lee Hill and Battlefield Districts. One project layout was uploaded, which I added two labels as reference points.
