The rezoning applicant is Thornburg LLC, who proposes to build Thornburg Commons, a residential community with 130 detached homes and 111 attached homes. The project is located on 59 acres at 5800 Morris Road in Berkeley District. Some layouts and renderings of the project can be found below.
