Below you will find information about Chancellor District School Board candidates, Phillip Scott and Incumbent Dawn Shelley. The purpose of this post is to provide you with the resources you need to make an educated decision on November 5th. On October 22nd, Dawn Shelley participated in the Candidates Forum. Phillip Scott did not attend, but posted later that night he was unable to due to a family medical situation.
