Virginia Lags Behind National Average in Placing Foster Kids with Relatives

It appears the General Assembly is making some positive steps to address some of the challenges of the foster care system. Further addressing the resource gap affecting kinship placement would be another step toward increasing Virginia’s percentage of relative placements.
