Ethics Complaints Filed Against Spotsylvania Supervisors Over Solar Facility Approval

I'm often critical of the Board of Supervisors for various actions they take or fail to take. After reading this article, I don't see the evidence that would necessitate an ethics complaint being filed - unless there is additional evidence that the Free Lance-Star did not highlight.

The process that governed the sPower Special Use Permit application - regardless of how you feel about the outcome - is the same process used in every re-zoning and Special Use Permit application. If that process is flawed or needs to be improved that would be a better effort to direct our attention.
