VOTE SUP 18-0011- AT&T at Peace United Methodist (Courtland District). This was delayed from the August Board meeting. Staff recommends approval with conditions. Planning Commission recommended approval 7-0.

Public Hearing Related to an Ordinance Authorizing Spotsylvania County School Division to Install and Operate Video-Monitoring Systems in or on School Buses
Rezoning: The Village at Courthouse Commons (Berkeley District) - Requests the rezoning of approximately 3.99 acres from Agricultural 2 to Mixed Use 3 with proffers for residential development consistent with the surrounding MU-3 zoned parcels. The proposal for residential development consists of both single-family attached and detached and may include and other residential use types permitted in MU-3, except apartments. The property is located at the terminus of Courthouse Commons Boulevard (private), approximately 500 feet east of its intersection with Rosecrans Lane (private). The Planning Commission and Staff recommends approval with proffers dated July 19, 2019.
