The Spotsylvania Board of Supervisors will meet on September 25th at 6:00 p.m. at the Holbert Building.
There will be two public hearings:
Subdivision Ordinance Amendment related to the Chesapeake Bay Act. The Planning Commission supported this change 7-0.
Rezoning application from Keswick Senior Apartments and Keswick Apartments 1, which is located at the intersection of Old Robert E. Lee Drive and Lake Anna Parkway (Berkeley District) and was approved several years ago. Keswick is requesting to change the previously approved proffers. Specifically, they want to eliminate Keswick's Architectural Guidelines, change the park completion date as well as the number and types of athletic fields that were originally proffered. On September 5, the Planning Commission supported this application 6-1.

Votes on the Palmer’s Creek development and creating a new Special Service District for the Alexander Crossing and Jackson Village projects.
Informational briefing and discussion on County office space needs.
