October 9, 2018 - Board of Supervisors Meeting (With Video Link)
The Spotsylvania Board of Supervisors will meet on October 9th at 4:30 p.m. at the Holbert Building.
There will be one public hearings:
Special Use Permit application in the Lee Hill District. The request is to allow a 125-bed Assist Living Facility called Franklin Crossing on 10 acres of property which connects to the River Meadows sub-division. On September 5, 2018, the Planning Commission approved 5-2 (Commissioners Medina and Thompson dissented) despite staff recommending denial for several concerns.
There are several staff presentations, a few are highlighted below:
Transportation Elements of Comprehensive Plan Work Session (Based on previous discussions this is expected to provide staff guidance to prioritize County road improvements projects)
